Selling Stencil8 fixture plates
A while ago, I wanted a Stencil8-compatible (as defined on Hoektronics) fixture plate for applying solder paste to PCBs without having to deal with precisely aligning and taping down my stencils. I was surprised to find that nobody was currently selling such a thing online. There was a previous crowdsourcing that fabricated a batch but then they never made more.
As a result, I had to fabricate my own and decided to continue producing them and try selling them.
Stencil8 fixture board
Includes:
- 1x Precision machined 6061 aluminum fixture plate
- Outer dimensions: 305mm x 203mm x 8mm
- 600x 2.50mm diameter, 7mm deep holes on a 1-cm grid
- Compatible with the Stencil8 standard for solder stencils and fixture plates.
- 10x Tight-fitting 2.5mm dowel pins
- Note: requires hammer to insert and long nose pliers with wire cutters like these to extract
- 10x Loose-fitting 2.45mm dowel pins
