If you're trying to use the SKY12347-362LF in parallel mode, and it seems like it won't change attenuation, you probably ran into the same problem I did:
The SKY12347-362LF variable attenuator needs a rising edge on its LE pin at startup to function in parallel mode. Simply tying P/S low and LE high will not work!
